AMD announced the release date of the new Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, the main feature of which will be a ?gamer? cache memory. The new product will replace the 7800X3D, offering higher clock speeds and overall performance. The processor based on Zen 5 microarchitecture with support for 3D V-cache technology will appear in foreign retailers on November 7 this year. According to the company, the new chip will provide an increase in gaming power compared to its predecessor, but the exact numbers are not yet reported. At the same time AMD has lowered the recommended retail prices of the current Ryzen 9000 series models. In the US they will now cost: Ryzen 9 9950X (16 cores, 32 threads) - $600 (cheaper by $50) Ryzen 9 9900X (12 cores, 24 threads) - $470 ($30 cheaper) Ryzen 7 9700X (8 cores, 16 threads) - $330 ($30 cheaper) Ryzen 5 9600X (6 cores, 12 threads) - $250 (cheaper by $30). |
