For comparison, the Pocket 5 console is based on the four-year-old Snapdragon 865. This processor is still capable of running most Android emulators without problems, but competitors, including AyaNeo, are already using more modern chips. Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 is a brand new processor designed for mobile devices. In addition to high performance, it promises good energy efficiency that will extend the battery life of the portable console. In addition, it is already known that the Retroid Pocket Classic model will be one of the first devices based on the more affordable SoC Snapdragon G1 Gen 2.
