Xiaomi has begun teasing the release of its new Redmi 15 smartphone, which will be one of the most affordable 5G-enabled devices in the brand's lineup. The official teaser mentions a ?huge battery? which, according to the company, is capable of providing up to 7.5 hours of standby time even at 1% charge. Xiaomi has already published official images and key specifications of the smartphone. The Redmi 15 will feature a large 6.9-inch display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The hardware platform will be powered by a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor. In terms of cameras, there will be a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP front camera. A 7000 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging will be responsible for autonomy. IP64 dust and splash protection is also claimed.
