AMD has quietly added the new Radeon RX 7700 gaming graphics card to its official website. It has ?borrowed? some of its features from the RX 7800 XT model, but is noticeably inferior in terms of performance. The new product is based on the Navi 32 graphics chip (40 execution units, 160 texture units, 80 AI units, and 40 ray tracing units) with 2560 stream processors. The company estimates the ?neural network? performance of the video card at 100.7 TOPS (INT4) / 50.4 TOPS (FP16). The model has 16 GB of video memory (GDDR6) and a 256-bit bus width. In terms of memory configuration, the RX 7700 is identical to the RX 7800 XT model (19.5 Gb/s, 624 GB/s bandwidth). However, AMD claims that the new product is 16-19% slower than the RX 7700 XT. The graphics card is equipped with two 8-pin power connectors, and the recommended power supply capacity is 700 W. The price and release date of the graphics card have not yet been announced. |
