| Having issues with losing data connection then the message that webpage is unavailable. Also I changed to use the SD card to store apps but the phone doesnt recognize there is 16G more and always getting the full storage warning. | |

| I have a ZTE z3001s. It worked for only four months. It had error messages saying it was out of storage space even though I deleted all my messages, contacts, photos, etc and put in a SAN Disk card. It also said "SIM missing - no service" when I did not remove the SIM. Because of this second message, I couldn't place calls. To try to restore the phone's functionality, I did two factory resets. Both times I signed back into the phone using the gmail account I used to set the phone up. I also have photos from the phone on my google drive. I feel this is evidence that my phone was correctly synched to my gmail account. These resets did not restore the phone to a functional state. At the advice of a ZTE tech, I did a third reset from the reboot screen, something I had not done before. After this I could not sign into the phone. ZTE customer support staff would not take responsibility for the phone's dysfunction. I am a Lifeline customer, and feel ZTE dumped these old phones on a captive market of low income people. Shame on them. | |
