1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the keys.

4. Go to the Recovery section Use the Volume Up(+) key and click the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android robot appears, press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select from the wipe data / factory reset option and press the POWER button to confirm.

7. Confirm operation, select the Yes menu and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

8. Select in the menu reboot system now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
