1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button within a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the keys.

4. Go to Recovery Use the Volume Up(+) key and click the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android robot appears, press and hold the POWER and Volume Up(+) buttons for a couple of seconds.

7. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.
