1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down(-), Camera and POWER and POWER for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the recovery logo appears. To open Recovery mode, click Function.

4. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and Volume Up(+) to confirm.
