1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Next, press and hold the POWER and Volume UP> Volume UP together for a few seconds.

3. Now, release the POWER button when you see the Yezz logo on the screen.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when you see the Android robot logo on the screen.

5. Press the POWER button for a short time to go to Recovery mode.

6. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, select the menu item wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button.

7. Select the menu item Yes - Delete All User Data and press the POWER button.

8. The phone deletes all settings and downloaded programs.

9. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to restart the phone.
