1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when you will see on the Boot Menu screen.

4. Select Recovery mode Navigating the menu using the Volume Up(+) button and confirm the selection by clicking the Volume down button.

5. When the Android robot logo appears, press the POWER button, to enter Recovery Mode.

6. Select from the wipe data / factory reset menu menu. Move through the menu using the Volume Down(-) button, and then press the Volume Up(+) button.

7. Select from the Yes - delete all user data from the menu, and then press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

8. Select from the menu "Reboot System Now", and then press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.
