1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume down and POWER button within a few seconds.

3. Now, you need to release the POWER button, as soon as the OPPO logo appears on the screen.

4. Release the Volume Down(-) button as soon as the language menu appears on the screen.

5. In this step, select "English" using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to view and POWER button to select.

6. Twice select Wipe Data and cache.

7. Confirm the process by selecting Yes.

8. Press reboot.
