1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Connect the phone to the charger.

3. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

4. Release all holding buttons when the Android logo appears.

5. Press again simultaneously POWER and Volume Up(+), when the Android robot logo appears.

6. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. End the operation, select Yes and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
