1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Connect the phone to the charger using the Micro USB cable.

3. Press and hold the POWER and Volume Up(+) buttons together for a few seconds.

4. Release both keys when Recovery mode appears.

5. Select "Wipe Data with Factory Reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select "Yes - Delete All user Data" and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Overload your phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
