1. Switch off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Next, you need to press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release the POWER button when the KENXINDA logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when the Android robot image appears.

5. Press the POWER and Volume Up(+) keys to open Recovery Mode.

6. Select the option wipe data / factory reset from the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate through the menu items and the POWER button, to confirm your choice.

7. Now, confirm the operation, select Yes from the menu and press the POWER button once.

8. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button once.
