1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. At the same time hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the keys.

4. Select the string recovery. Use Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.

5. When Android Robot appears, press and hold the POWER and Volume Up(+) buttons.

6. Ship the item in the menu wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.
