1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. Select Clear Data. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to select.

4. Select Factory Reset and enter the word Yes.

5. Click on Factory Reset.

6. Return to the main menu and restart.

7. Select Reboot System to exit Recovery Mode.
