When I try to hard reset my Huawei P40, I follow all the steps. But when it comes to typing "yes" it doesn't allow me. No matter what I do, I simply can't type "yes" and I can't tap o anything, I must continue using the volume and power buttons to navigate the menu. Is there another way to hard reset?
