1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. Select Clear Data using the volume update keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to select.

4. Select Factory Reset and enter the word Yes.

5. Press Factory Reset.

6. Return to the main menu and restart the phone.
