1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. At the same time, press Volume Up(+) and POWER> for a few seconds.

3. When it appears Boot Mode, release all the buttons.

4. Select Recovery by using the Volume Up(+) key to go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android robot logo appears, click Volume Up(+) and POWER again.

6. To select wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys and confirm the POWER button.

7. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button.

8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button.




Hard Reset - advantages and disadvantages Hisense H12?
