1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. After that, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When the GENERAL logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when Android Robot appears.

5. Then press and hold the POWER button, then press the Volume Up(+) button once to open the Recovery Mode.

6. To navigate to wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and the POWER button to confirm your selection.
