1. Switch off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Now, release the held buttons when you see the exclamation mark.

4. To open Recovery Mode, hold down the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

5. Use the volume buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Approve the reset operation, select Yes from the menu and confirm by pressing the POWER button.

7. When Recovery Mode appears on the screen again, select "reboot system now" using the POWER button.
