1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Now, you need to simultaneously press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. If the BLU logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. When Recovery mode appears, release the Volume Up(+) button.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the item in the wipe data / factory reset menu, and press the POWER button once.

6. End the reset operation, select Yes and confirm with POWER button.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm using the POWER button.
