1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when recovery mode appears .

4. To select wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, and press the POWER button once.
