1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button along with the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all the keys when the Blu logo appears.

4. When the Android robot logo appears, press the Volume UP and POWER button.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select from the wipe data / factory reset option and confirm with POWER button.

6. End the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
