1. Turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press and hold the POWER and Volume Up(+) button within a few seconds.

3. Release the held buttons when Recovery mode appears .

4. Go to wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press POWER to confirm the selection.
