1. The phone must be turned off.

2. At the same time, press and hold the Volume Up(+) buttons and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when the logo appears.

4. Press Volume Up(+) button to enter Recovery mode.

5. Select Recovery mode using the volume up button to move around the menu, and then press the Volume Down button button to confirm.

6. Select the option "wipe data / factory reset menu. To move around the menu, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys, and then press the POWER button to confirm.

7. Select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm.

8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
