General procedure #1

Insert a SIM card in phone which is not accepted.
You may have to select "unlock"
The LG phone will ask for the NCK code.
General procedure #2

Turn on phone with an accepted (allowed) SIM card. (Or try without SIM card.)
Enter this code: 2945#*code# or 1945#*code# where "code" is the numbers from the name of the phone (sometimes add 1). For example: if You have C2200 then the code is 2200 or 2201, so the complete code is: 2945#*2201# (or 2945#*2200#) if You have a C3310, the code is: 2945#*3311#. Please note nothing will happen after entering the code, except a new menu will appear in Settings>Security>network provider.
Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Network Provider" then select "Deactivate".
Now enter NCK code, then press OK.
If the right NCK was entered, the phone is unlocked.

LG stylo 5. I am hacked..factory resets are not clearing everything from my phone. Myapps,settings,etc. are present after rest. It appears reset but is not wiped clear like new. It does request I download Google stuff and looks cleared..but obviouly is not. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO GUT THIS PHONE. I HAVE BEEN HACKED FOR 9 MONTH NOW. I am losing my mind. The security apps are picking up none of it. Countless accounts and passwords created. 5 carrier changes. Name changed #'s,Fake identities w/fake bday..emails..calls.files,contacts, apps .contact. Come and go & change. Google history has activity that is not me. I do not share my device with anyone. Never run 2 devices yet it says I do. Nothing is even the slightest bit reliable. Total exposure of my personal data and identity is in the hands of who knows. WHAT DOES A PERSON DO WHEN THEY HAVE NO RESOURSES.FINDING A JOB IS BRUTAL with ONLINE Issues like this.. AM I DOOMED?? WHAT CAN I DO THAT IS FREE AND EFFECTIVE.. PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER ME..I NEED HELP WITH THIS. I KNOW NOTHING OF TECHY STUFF.
