How do you get the keypad to display during a call? The phone currently blanks the keypad when a call is connected, making it impossible to enter numbers into an automated phone answering system. Reply

After an automatic actualization of my Blu LifeX2 yesterday my phone no longer recognize my PIN security code. I have tryed to access using my old code several times and appeared a WARNING saying that after 9 feiled attemps my phone will be wiped and all the data in the phone memory will be lost... I don´t want my data lost. Please can you help me? What can I do to backup all the data before doing a Hard Resset..? Thanks. Reply
