Two upcoming new products from the company are now available for pre-order on the official OPPO website: the OPPO Pad 5 tablet and the Watch S smartwatch. The promotional pages contain images of the devices themselves, as well as information about some of their features.
According to the promotional page, the OPPO Pad 5 will be available in four memory configurations: 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB, 12/256 GB, and 16/512 GB. The 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB models will be available with a Soft Light display that reduces glare and reflections. Body colors include purple, light gray, and dark gray.
According to insider information, the tablet will feature a 12.1-inch IPS In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..screen with 3K resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, a 10,300 mAh battery with 67W charging support, and Android 16 with ColorOS 16 skin.
