A year after the presentation of the Find N5, OPPO has officially confirmed the imminent announcement of a new foldable smartphone. In the first teaser, the manufacturer emphasizes the maximally flat screen surface without a pronounced fold, which remains one of the key drawbacks of such devices. According to preliminary data, the smartphone will have a large 8.12-inch internal display and a 6.62-inch external screen. Performance will be provided by the top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and battery life will be ensured by a 6000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. As expected, special attention will be paid to the cameras. The main module is rumored to feature a 200-megapixel sensor, complemented by a periscope, an ultra-wide-angle camera, and a multispectral sensor. In addition, the smartphone may support a proprietary stylus with AI-based features, which will expand its capabilities for work and note-taking. If the rumors are true, the presentation will take place on March 17, and until then, we expect more details in new teasers. |
