OPPO has unveiled a 5G version of its A5i Pro smartphone. It features a different processor model, but still combines decent battery life and rugged construction with a relatively affordable price tag. The 6.67-inch IPS  In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..screen with a resolution of 1604x720 pixels supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and its peak brightness is 1000 cd/m². The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and the smartphone's body is certified to MIL-STD 810H and IP65 standards.The performance of the new device is provided by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, working in conjunction with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM Random Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor. and a 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage drive.The main camera has a resolution of 50 MP, the secondary camera has 2 MP, and the front camera has 8 MP. The 6000 mAh battery supports fast 45-watt charging. According to OPPO, the battery will retain 80% of its nominal capacity after five years of use. The smartphone is already on sale in Malaysia at a price of $188, but there is no information yet about its availability in other countries. |
