Following the premiere in China, the OnePlus 13S smartphone and Pad 3 tablet appeared on the global market. The devices retained the design and most of the key features of the Chinese versions with some exceptions. The OnePlus 13S features a 6.32-inch LTPO ProXDR screen with a resolution of 1216x2640 pixels and up to 120Hz, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a 5,850mAh battery versus the 6,260mAh of the smartphone in China. The main camera module includes two 50MP sensors, while the front camera has a 32MP resolution. The OnePlus Pad 3 tablet has a 13.2-inch IPS  In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..screen with 3.4K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, along with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 16GB of RAMRandom Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor., a 12,140mAh battery, a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.In the global market, the OnePlus 13S is available in 12/256GB and 12/512GB configurations, priced at $640 and $700 respectively (there's a 16GB / 1TB version in China). And the OnePlus Pad 3 in 16/512GB configuration is priced at $681. |
