Nubia has unveiled its new flagship smartphone, the Z80 Ultra. It inherits its predecessor's notchless screen with a hidden camera and advanced camera array, and features the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The Z80 Ultra is equipped with a 6.85-inch AMOLED Performance is provided by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM Attention has also been paid to battery life: the 4th generation Nanhai battery with a capacity of 7200 mAh supports the new AI Zero Power technology, which minimizes charge loss at night. It supports 90-watt wired and 80-watt wireless charging, as well as reverse wireless charging. According to the company, the Z80 Ultra can withstand up to 35 hours of active use, outperforming even competitors with 7500 mAh batteries. The main feature of the camera is a 50-megapixel module with an equivalent focal length of 35 mm, supplemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens (1/1.55") and a 64-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens (OmniVision OV64B). The price of the Nubia Z80 Ultra in China starts at 4,999 yuan (~$700) for the 12 + 512 GB version. The photo kit is sold separately for 669 yuan (~$94). |
