The MPG 325CQRX monitor, aimed primarily at gamers, has been added to MSI's catalog of gaming peripherals. The set of characteristics is appropriate: fast matrix, decent resolution and several useful additional features for easy viewing of content from different sources. MSI MPG 325CQRX is equipped with a 31.5-inch Rapid VA matrix with a bend radius of 1000R, a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 280Hz. Maximum backlight brightness is 400 nits (VESA DisplayHDR 400) and response time is 0.5ms (GtG). It is claimed to cover 96% of the DCI-P3 color range, 92% of Adobe RGB and 127% of sRGB. The AI Vision feature automatically adjusts brightness and saturation based on content type. The set of interfaces includes two HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort 1.4, USB Type-CWith the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors.
