Logitech has unveiled a wireless gaming mouse called the G304 X Lightspeed. The new model retains the appearance of the original ?304,? but has received a number of improvements in terms of accuracy, battery life, weight, and connectivity options. The model is based on the Hero 25K optical sensor with a polling rate of 1000 Hz, a resolution range from 100 to 25,000 dpi, support for speeds of over 400 ips, and 40G acceleration. Unlike its predecessor, the mouse is equipped with a built-in 290 mAh battery instead of an AA battery slot. Combined with a redesign of the internal structure, this has reduced the weight of the new model to 57 grams. The manufacturer claims a battery life of up to 106 hours on a single charge, while a 10-minute ?refueling? will provide up to 11 hours of additional operation. The mouse can be connected to a PC not only via a radio channel (Logitech Lightspeed 2.4 GHz USB module), but also via a USB-C The built-in memory is designed to store one settings profile, and five more can be added to the G Hub utility. Among other features of the model, the manufacturer highlights the resource of the main switches ? up to 20 million clicks. The Logitech G304 X Lightspeed will be available in black, white, purple, and pink. The release date and price of the new product have not yet been announced. |
