Announced in the summer of last year anti-smartphone Light Phone III is finally on sale. From the usual models it differs from the black and white interface, support only the most basic functions and the lack of the ability to install third-party applications. Light Phone III can call, send messages, play music, display calendar events, make notes and navigation, but that's it. No social networking, watching videos or other distractions. The smartphone is equipped with a 3.92-inch AMOLED  AMOLED, which stands for Active Matrix OLED, is a hybrid display technology that pairs the active matrix backplane from a traditional TFT display with an OLED display. As a result of their active matrix natures, AMOLED displays have faster pixel switching response times than do traditional OLED displays, which are prone to ghosting when displaying fast moving animations.screen with a resolution of 1080x1240 pixels. It is capable of displaying only black and white picture and is covered with matte glass. The hardware platform uses an octa-core Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor with 6GB of RAMRandom Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor.. The inbuilt storage capacity is 128GB. The 1800 mAh battery can be easily replaced at home.The Light Phone III has a 50-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. A fingerprint scanner is responsible for security. On the left side, there is a physical wheel for controlling screen brightness and a quick on/off flashlight. Despite its limited feature set and far from cutting-edge specs, the Light Phone III is priced at $799. It is available for $599 on pre-order. Deliveries are expected in July 2025. |
