1. Press Windows key + W key


To take a screenshot, press the Windows and W keys simultaneously, a pop-up window will appear at the bottom of the screen, as shown in the figure below:



You can change your screenshot, write some text on it, crop the image if you don't want a screenshot of the whole screen.
Then you have to choose what to do with this screenshot: save it, copy it, or send it somewhere.

2. Press Windows key + PrtScr key


Just press the Windows key and the PrtScr key at the same time and the screenshot will be taken.
Your screenshot is in a folder called screenshots on your computer, as shown in the image below:



3. Press SHIFT key + Windows key + S key


To take a screenshot, you need to press the SHIFT, Windows, and S keys simultaneously. When the three keys are pressed simultaneously, a panel with options appears at the top of the notebook screen, as shown in the figure below:



You can take a screenshot of the whole screen, or select any desired area of the screen in a square or round shape
Once you've taken a screenshot, it will simply copy it to your computer's clipboard and you can paste it into any document or email it to others.

4. Press Windows key + G key


Pressing the Windows and G keys will open options as if you wanted to do a live broadcast. One of the options that you will see at the top left of the screen will be the capture option, and there you will click on the camera icon to take a screenshot of the screen, as in the image below:



The advantage of this method is that it saves a screenshot with the name of the web page from which you take a screenshot, so you will know where you took it.
