Khadas Mind 2s modular mini-PC with eGPU support is priced at $1599

Khadas has introduced Mind 2s, a mini-PC that can be extended with a special port called Mind Link. Due to its high bandwidth, it is suitable for connecting an external graphics card, a proprietary portable display and other useful accessories.

The compact case (146 x 105 x 20 mm) houses an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor, 64 GB of LPDDR5X RAMRandom Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor. and a 2T SSD drive (PCIe 4.0), as well as Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, a pair of USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and proprietary Mind Link. Thanks to the latter, the following modules can be connected to the mini-PC:

Mind Dock - a docking station with additional ports;
Mind xPlay - a portable display with a battery (not yet presented);
Mind Graphics - external graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (GDDR6, 8 GB).

Inside the mini-PC there is its own 5.55Wh battery, which is enough for a few minutes of work. Probably, it is needed so that the device does not turn off during connection with modules. The price of the novelty in the basic configuration is $1599.
