A new Intel Core Ultra 5 225F processor has appeared in the Geekbench database. Unlike the models with K index, it has a lower TDP and limited overclocking capabilities. According to benchmark data, the Core Ultra 5 225F has 10 cores, including six high-performance Lion Cove cores and four energy-efficient Skymont cores. The maximum clock speed of the CPU  CPU is the abbreviation for central processing unit (the processor). The CPU is the brains of the computer where most calculations take place. is 4.9 GHz. Judging by the specs, the processor will be a follower of the Core i5-14400.Speaking of performance, the processor scored 2,653 points and 13,028 points in single and multi-threaded tests, respectively. These scores are 10.8% and 16.7% higher than the Core i5-14400 in the same tests respectively. The 14-core i5-13600 outperforms the new processor by 5% in both tests. The Intel Core Ultra 5 225F is expected to premiere at CES 2025 in January. |
