HUAWEI has revealed the specifications of the global versions of the nova 15 and nova 15 Pro smartphones, which will soon go on sale in the global market. The models were released in China last December alongside the market-exclusive Ultra version. The base nova 15 features a flat 6.7-inch OLED  OLED technology was invented by Eastman Kodak in the early 1980s. OLED panels are made from organic (carbon based) materials that emit light when electricity is applied through them. Since OLEDs do not require a backlight and filters (unlike LCD displays), they are more efficient, simpler to make, and much thinner. OLEDs have a great picture quality - brilliant colors, fast response rate and a wide viewing angle. The Nova 15 Pro features a 6.84-inch display with a resolution of 2856x1320 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 4000 nits. It is powered by the Kirin 9010S processor and has a 6,500 mAh battery. The rear camera specifications are identical to the base model, except for a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle module instead of the spectral sensor.
