The Honor tablet family has been expanded with the new 11-inch Pad X10 model. The device's key features include a display with eye protection, firmware designed for learning, and good battery life.

The device features an IPSIn Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..display with a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels, a 90 Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The panel, equipped with a blue light filter, supports flicker-free technology as well as eBook and Natural Light modes for comfortable reading and viewing other content.

At the heart of the Honor Pad X10 is a Snapdragon 680 processor paired with 8/256 GB of memory in the top-tier configuration. Additionally, storage can be expanded up to 2 TB using a microSD card.

A 10,100 mAh battery powers the device. According to the manufacturer, away from a power outlet, it provides up to 22 hours of offline video playback, up to 123 hours of music playback, or up to 97 days of standby time.

The list of features is rounded out by two 5-megapixel cameras (rear and front), a four-speaker audio system, and MagicOS firmware based on Android 16. The latter supports Learning Space mode for students, which eliminates distractions during classes, as well as parental control features.

The Honor Pad X10's metal body weighs 499 grams and is 7.25 mm thick. Its durability has been certified by SGS. The tablet, available in blue and gray, comes in 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB, and 8/256 GB configurations and is priced at $149, $239, and $269, respectively, on the international market.
