Hisense unveils U7 series of mini-LED TVs on quantum dots |

Hisense has introduced a line of U7 smart TVs equipped with quantum dot matrices with mini-LED backlighting. The new products are positioned as ?medium premium? with a screen diagonal from 55 to 116 inches and a set of features useful for gamers. At the start of sales, the Hisense U7 series includes five models (55, 65, 75, 85 and 100 inches), later the company will also release a 116-inch version. All variants utilize a QLED matrix with a variable refresh rate from 48Hz to 165Hz. Peak brightness is up to 3000 nits, and from gaming technologies there are AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Game Booster to improve the smoothness of gaming, as well as the Game Bar panel for quick optimization of settings. In addition, the new products support VRR, MEMC, Low Latency MEMC and Auto Low Latency Mode (reduced response latency mode). According to the manufacturer, the proprietary Hi-View AI Engine Pro chip processes the image in real time, making the picture sharper, richer and more realistic. All the TVs run Google TV.
