Hisense has introduced a low-cost 240Hz widescreen monitor 34G6K Ultra

Hisense has revealed a new 34-inch 34G6K Ultra widescreen monitor with a curved matrix (1000R) and 240Hz refresh rate. It has support for several gaming technologies, Picture-in-Picture mode and built-in speakers.

The Hisense 34G6K Ultra is equipped with an 8-bit VA matrix with 3440x1440 pixel resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms response and 4000:1 contrast ratio. The display covers the sRGB color standard by 125% and DCI-P3 by 97%. The novelty supports AMD FreeSync Premium, HDRHDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). 400, Picture-in-Picture and splitting the monitor into two spaces for video streaming from two signal sources.

You can connect to the monitor via HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4, and there's also a 3.5mm headphone jack and built-in 3-watt speakers. The monitor is placed on a stand with height, tilt and swivel adjustment.

The new Hisense 34G6K Ultra is already on sale in China for $235.
