GIGABYTE has introduced a motherboard with an LGA1851 socket. Its main feature is support for CQDIMM memory and Duo X technology, allowing it to support RAM The GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS ELITE DUO X is an ATX-form-factor (305 x 244 mm) motherboard for the LGA1851 socket with a 16+1+2-phase power delivery system. It supports CQDIMM memory modules and features two DIMM slots (DDR5 up to 256 GB, 1DPC and 1SPC configurations, ECC, XMP, and D5 Duo X technology). As a result, this motherboard can achieve memory speeds of over 10,266 MT/s. All major components of the board are covered by heatsinks. For graphics card installation, there are PCIe 5.0 x16 and two PCIe 4.0 slots. And for storage, five M.2 SSD slots have been added: four on the PCIe 4.0 bus and one with PCIe 5.0 support. There are also four SATA connectors, and the ports include the following: 1 x USB 4 Type-C, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (via internal connection), 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 5 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 (three on the back + two available via internal connection), 8 x USB 2.0/1.1 Type-A (four on the back + four internally), 3 x ARGB, 1 x RGB, 2 x 2T2R (for antennas), 1 x Ethernet, 1 x S/PDIF, 2 x 3.5 mm, 1 x DisplayPort.
