Garmin has unveiled the Venu 4 smartwatch in two case sizes. It is positioned as a practical personal ?trainer? for everyday use and supports a range of useful features related to physical activity. The gadget is available in 41 mm and 45 mm versions. The larger version is equipped with a round 1.4-inch AMOLED ![]() The smaller version is equipped with a 1.2-inch screen with a resolution of 390x390 pixels, and its battery life is up to 10 and 3 days, respectively, in the same scenarios. Otherwise, the specifications of the models are the same. The watch display is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, the bezel is made of stainless steel, and the capsule is made of steel and polymer. The internal memory capacity is 8 GB. The gadget's body is water-resistant to 5 ATM. For more effective tracking of training progress, there is a navigation module with GPS ![]() ![]() The proprietary software ?trainer? supports more than 25 types of activities. Training programs are customized based on heart rate, user activity history, sleep duration, and recovery periods. Smart watches can measure stress levels, heart rate variability, ECG, and a person's ?energy level? to determine their readiness for training.
