Fujifilm has announced the third generation of the X-T30 camera, with improvements and new features. Thanks to a new processor, the X-T30 III now supports 6K video recording and intelligent autofocus.

The X-T30 III retains the 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor, but also features the latest X-Processor 5. This has improved the camera's video capabilities. It can record 10-bit 6.2K video at 30 fps or 4K at 60 fps. In 1080p mode, the frame rate can reach 240 fps for slow-motion videos. However, the maximum continuous shooting speed remains the same ? 20 frames per second with an electronic shutter.

Autofocus now supports AI recognition and object tracking: the camera can identify people, animals, birds, trains, cars, planes, and more. The system can also track faces and eyes, ensuring accurate focus when shooting portraits.

One of the most noticeable external changes is the new Film Simulation dial?instead of the standard mode switch, you can now instantly choose from 20 Fujifilm proprietary film profiles. Users can adjust grain, contrast, color, and saturation, as well as save up to three custom presets.

In addition, the X-T30 III offers improved battery life?up to 425 shots in economy mode while keeping the pop-up flash retracted. The camera is compatible with Instax Link printers, allowing you to print photos instantly.

Sales will start in November 2025 at a price of $999 for the camera without a lens and $1149 in a kit with the new XC 13?33mm f/3.5?5.6 OIS zoom lens. The new model is available in three colors: black, silver-black, and graphite.
