The Pro 14 Essential and Pro 15 Essential laptops, aimed at the small and medium-sized business segment, have been added to the product catalog of the American brand Dell. When developing their design, the manufacturer focused on performance, security, and durability. Both new models are equipped with a VA matrix with a resolution of 2.5K (2560x1600 pixels, diagonal 14 and 15.6 inches, respectively) and a maximum backlight brightness of 300 cd/m². The laptops are available in several configurations with Intel processors up to Core Ultra 7 155U and AMD up to Ryzen 5 8640U inclusive. Both models have up to 64 GB of RAM  Random Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor. (DDR5) and up to 2 TB of storage (M.2, PCIe). Data protection is provided by hardware encryption and a fingerprint scanner, as well as the Dell Management Portal software platform with remote device management capabilities.Both models have been tested for durability according to the MIL-STD 810H standard. Their list of features is complemented by a webcam with a privacy shutter, stereo speakers, a 41/54/64 Wh battery depending on the model, Windows 11, and a full-size keyboard (without a numeric keypad on the Dell Pro 14 Essential). The Dell Pro 14 Essential and Pro 15 Essential are now available in India starting at $360 for the base 14-inch configuration. |
