Corsair has unveiled a 3000W power supply unit called the WS3000. This is the first model of this power rating in the brand's range. According to the company, it can power up to four RTX 5090 graphics cards. The Corsair WS3000 complies with the 80 Plus Platinum standard, is compatible with ATX 3.1, and supports PCIe 5.1 (up to 250 A on a 12-volt line, can operate on a 220-240 V network). The modular power supply has the following connectors: 6 x PATA; 2 x EPS; 9 x SATA; 9 x PCIe; 1 x ATX. The total power should be sufficient for simultaneous operation with four NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards. Cooling is provided by a 140 mm fan with double ball bearings. According to the manufacturer, this model is capable of operating for 100,000 hours and comes with a 10-year warranty. The Corsair WS3000 is already on sale for $549. |
