AyaNeo has revealed the specifications and retail price of its upcoming Pocket AIR Mini portable Android console. The new device, designed for playing retro games, is indeed relatively affordable.

The gadget will be equipped with a 4.2-inch IPSIn Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..display with a resolution of 1280x960 pixels (4:3), a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and a brightness of up to 500 cd/m². The company claims that this panel is optimal for upscaling games from classic platforms such as PS 1, Nintendo 64, and Dreamcast.

The set of controls includes triggers and low-profile sticks based on Hall sensors. Performance will be provided by a MediaTek Helio G90T processor with built-in Mali-G76 MP4, active cooling, and a memory configuration of 2/32 or 3/64 GB.

The console's battery capacity will be 4500 mAh, with a charging power of 18 W. The body will feature a USB Type-CWith the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors. Many of these newer platforms and devices are reaching a point where existing USB receptacles and plugs are inhibiting innovation, especially given the relatively large size and internal volume constraints of the Standard-A and Standard-B versions of USB connectors. port, a headphone jack, and a microSD slot. The price of the 2/32 GB version for pre-order will be $69, and the 3/64 GB version will cost buyers $79. The MSRP for the new products will be $89 and $99, respectively.
