At IFA 2025, ASUS announced its latest series of gaming monitors, the TUF Series 5. It includes more than 20 models with screen sizes ranging from 23.8 to 34 inches and various sets of specifications to meet the needs of both novice and professional gamers. So far, the company has only presented the flagships of the new line: the VG27AQML5A and VG34WQML5A models. The first has a 27-inch IPS ![]() The ASUS TUF Gaming VG34WQML5A is equipped with a curved 34-inch VA panel with a curvature radius of 1500R. The monitor has a resolution of 3440x1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 250 Hz. Other specifications are the same as those of the 27-inch model. Both monitors come with an ergonomic stand and are equipped with a pair of 2-watt speakers. In addition, the new models support a number of image enhancement features: Trace-Free, GameFast Input, Shadow Boost, and Ultra-Low Motion Blur. The set of interfaces includes DP 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB ports for peripheral devices. The 34-inch monitor model has an additional DP 1.4 connector and three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, while the 27-inch model has only one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port. Both monitors are already available on the European market. The ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQML5A is priced at ?409, and the TUF Gaming VG34WQML5A at ?459. |
